Hey oh!!!! So this is like the unleashing of the beast because my roommate Jac-Quie just mentioned to me that we should start a blog highlighting the awesomeness that is our life right now and the coolness of living in TH 318!!! This might be a little random but hey, it's our senior year, gotta document the fun while it lasts!!!!!!!!! Since I tend to talk best through pictures my first entry has got some awesome photos to show!!!!
Me and the Jac-Quie!!! Kait's 21st birthday downtown on Church Street! We were all dolled up! Oh how I long for the days where I got to wear cute dresses and sandals. Not that I don't absolutely LOVE my winter coat, it's warm soft and fuzzy but it was nice to be warm. When it finally snows though, then I'll be super pumped.Epic roommate outing numero deux, APPLE PICKING!!!!!! This was the day where I foolishly ate somewhere in the ballpark of 8-10 apple in one day. I was in so much pain. Don't ever do it. They were just so good I couldn't help myself.
Our next epic roomie outing (and when I say roomie outing, often there were more than just the two of us, like for instance our housemates were with us for this trip) was to Montréal au Canada. Et oui, I am a French major/anything French lover/French snob on occasion. I love them. I love the country, the food, the people, the cheese, the wine, the trains, the buildings, the literature. In short, everything French. But I digress, trip to Montréal. We went up North, only about an hour and a half from school to do the color run!!!!! it was epic and fun and amazing. This was us in our pre-race glory. Clean. Not dirty. It was wonderful. The race was SOOOOO much fun. Best 50 bucks I've ever spent in my whole life.
Guess what music was playing???? Side note: one of the funniest things this semester was the first time I got to hear this song... someone didn't want to show it to me knowing my obsession with playing things over and over and over.... (hint her name starts with J) but she eventually showed it to me and I loved it and we danced. All the time. To this song. It's beautiful. And then there's the after picture, we were DIRTY!!! It was awesome though. And honestly not the first time I've ever tried to get dirty running. aka every mud run of my entire life.
To finish out the epicness that has been this semester so far: The first snow of the season. J decided that it would be awesome to run around the house in our bikinis. And I obviously agreed cause it's seriously the best idea ever! So we did. and then of course we had to pose by Bob because he's awesome. (for future reference Bob is my truck and that is how i refer to him, i never say my car).
But yes. That's it for now. We're coming on finals season now and I'm all done and J has a ton to do so you might see a lot from me.... BUT we're so excited to have this blog and share our adventures with the world!!!!!
Bisous,
Larizzle aka Riz
